The company listed on Nasdaq in May 2026 under CBRS after a roadshow oversubscribed many times over, raising roughly $5B at a valuation reported between $49B and $56B, on about $510M of revenue and a large multi-year OpenAI commitment. It is the first wafer-scale bet to reach the public markets.
