Initially explored yard automation broadly, then in 2019 discovered pool robot penetration was only 17% — went all-in, cutting all other product lines. Launched Aiper brand wireless pool cleaning robots. Became global #1 in online pool robot sales, #2 overall in 4 years. 2025: completed ~1B yuan strategic round with Fluidra (world's #1 pool equipment company, 50yr history). Entered 38+ countries.
