Built and led Microsoft's Surface line for ~20 years (Chief Product Officer) before joining Amazon in 2023 to run its Devices & Services group. Oversaw Alexa+, the generative-AI relaunch of Alexa, and is re-tiering Amazon's hardware into entry / core / signature (premium) lines, teasing future Alexa+ wearables and AR glasses. Also reportedly behind an Alexa+-powered, AI-first mobile project codenamed 'Transformer.' A central figure in Amazon's bid to challenge Apple in consumer AI hardware.
