Born 1992 in Long Beach, CA. Founded Oculus VR at age 19, Kickstarter raised $2.4M in 2012, sold to Facebook for $2B in 2014, fired in 2017. Immediately co-founded Anduril Industries with ex-Palantir executives (Trae Stephens, Brian Schimpf) — building autonomous drones, AI-powered military hardware, and sensor towers. In mid-2026 Anduril raised ~$5B to roughly double its valuation to ~$61B (led by Thrive Capital and a16z), and won a 10-year US Army enterprise contract worth up to $20B (Mar 2026). Building the 5M sq ft Arsenal-1 factory in Ohio ahead of a likely 2026-27 IPO. Sanctioned by China Dec 2025 for Taiwan arms sales.
