Wayve raised a $1.2B Series D in February 2026 from NVIDIA, Microsoft and Uber at an $8.6B valuation, extended it to $1.5B in April with AMD, Qualcomm and Arm, and for the first time took money directly from carmakers — Mercedes-Benz, Nissan and Stellantis. The Nissan partnership puts its driver assistance into production vehicles from 2027.
